What a year 2014 has been!

The school children

The school children come to the opening ceremony.

This has also been an amazing year for Mission 4 Water. They have completed another 16 wells, bringing the total to 61 to date, providing clean and safe water for more than 16,000 people, many of whom are school children. Sue, Sunday and the team have travelled extensively, deep into the villages where conditions have sometimes been very challenging, but the reward of seeing the joy on peoples’ faces as they pump clean water for the first time is so exciting!

Coming up in 2015

A great team effort.

College volunteers and the drill team pose after the new well is finished.

Mission 4 Water are partnering with Mission Direct to give volunteers the opportunity to come to Rukungiri in south west Uganda to drill a well for a local community which is currently forced to collect dirty and contaminated water for drinking, cooking and washing. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be given on site by Mission 4 Water Engineer Sunday. Read More >>>
